Board’s Decisions of 19/1/2022

- Granting  Mr. Omr Khaled Al-Rawajfeh a license to practice the activities of financial Brokerage in Foreign Stock Exchanges , after paying the prescribed fees.
- Approving  of the registration of the auditor, Mr. Youssef Hassan Kamel, who works for Ibrahim Yassin & Partners, and holds License No. (432) in the register of auditors qualified to audit the accounts of entities subject to the Commission’s monitoring  and supervision, provided that paying the prescribed fees.
- Approving of the registration of the auditor, Mr. Rami Najeeb Abdullah, who works for the Jerusalem Walls Auditing Office and Partners, and holds License No. (994) in the register of auditors qualified to audit the accounts of entities subject to the Commission’s monitoring and supervision , with the exception of public shareholding  companies, provided that paying the prescribed fees.
