Board’s Decisions of 8/3/2022

Approving the registration of the following issues of Jordanian treasury bonds and Jordanian treasury bills according to the issues conditions attached to the Central Bank letters to the Commission dated 27/2/2022, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them.
• The forty-seventh issue of Jordanian Treasury bonds for the year 2021, at a maturity of 12/12/2023, with the value of JD50 million, for a period 2 years, the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 3.250%.
• The first- issue of Jordanian  treasury bonds for the year 2022 , at a maturity of 19/1/2024, with the value of JD75 million, for a  period  2 years, the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 3.296%.
• The second –issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022 , at a maturity of 24/1/2024 , with the value of JD50, for a period 2 years , the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 4.950%.
• The third- issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022 , at a maturity of 26/1/2024 , with the value of JD100, for a period 3 years , the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 3.299%.
• The fourth- issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022 , at a maturity of 6/2/2025 , with the value of JD100, for a period 3 years , the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 3.590%.
• The fifth-issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022 , at a maturity of 29/2/2032 , with the value of JD100, for a period 10 years , the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 5.027%.
• The sixth-issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022, at a maturity of 13/2/2025, with the value of JD100million, for a period 3 years, the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 3.673%.
• The seventh –issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022, at a maturity of 16/2/2024, with the value of JD100 million, for a period 2years, the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 3.402%.
• The seventh –issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2021, at a maturity of 20/6/2022, with the value of JD50 million, for a period 6 months, the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 2.385%.
• The First -issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2022, at a maturity of 20/8/2022, with the value of JD100million, for a period 6 months, the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to2.400%.
- Granting Ms. Sawsan Akram Gazaleh a license  to perform the activities of financial brokerage in local financial market after paying the prescribed fees .
-Granting Mr. Fares Mansour Abu Sleih a license  to perform the activities of financial
- Granting Ms. Muna Issam Al-Azhary a license to perform the activities of compliance officer and trusteeship in the local market after paying the prescribed fees.
- Granting Mr. Ghaleb Wael Mehyar a license to perform trusteeship in the local market after paying the prescribed fees.
