Board’s Decisions of 21/3/2022

• Approving the registration of capital increase in shares of the Comprehensive Leasing Co. of 5.000.000 million shares through capitalization of JD5.000.000 million from the retained earnings  and distribute them as  stock dividends to the shareholders each by its share in the capital after payment of the prescribed fees. 
• Granting Mr. Baha’a Al-Deen  Rezeg Ababneh a license to perform the activities of financial brokerage  in Foreign stock exchanges after paying the prescribed fees.
• Granting Mr. Yanal Awni Amad Mansour  a license to practice the activities of financial brokerage in local financial market after paying the prescribed fees.
• Granting Ms. Muna  Issam Al-Azhary and Mr. Wael Mehyar  licenses to practice the financial brokerage in foreign stock exchange after paying the prescribed fees.
