 Approving the registration of the third issue of the National Electricity Co. Bills at Jordan Securities Commission at a value JD75 million, at a maturity of 21/6/2022, for a period of 3 months, according to the issue conditions attached to the Central Bank letter’s to the Commission dated 27/3/2022, provided that paying the prescribed fees and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them.
 Approving the registration of the first- issue of the Jordanian treasury bonds issued by US dollars for the year 2022, at a maturity of 13/3/2027, with a value of US500$, for a period 5 years, according to the issue conditions to the Central Bank letter’s to the Commission dated 27/3/2022, provided that these bonds are not listed at Amman Stock Exchange and Securities Depository to register them.
 Approving the registration of the following issues of the Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022 according to the issue conditions attached to the Central Bank letter’s to the Commission dated 27/3/2022, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them:
• The tenth-issue of the Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022, at a maturity of 8/3/2024, with a value of JD100million, for a period 2years, and the weighted annual rate of return reached to 3.572%.
• The eleventh-issue of the Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022, at a maturity of value JD50million, for a period 2years, the weighted rate for annual rate reached to 3.668%.
• The twelve- issue of the Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022 , at a maturity of JD 50million , for a period 3 years, and the weighted average of the price reached to 3.800%.
• The thirteenth-issue of the Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2022, at a maturity of 21/3/2025, with a value of JD100 million, for a period 3years, the weighted rate to the interest reached to 4.047%.
• Granting IBDA FOR FINANCIAL INVESTMENT CO.  a license to perform the activities of margin finance in the local financial market, provided that paying the prescribed fees of JD 500 and providing a bank guarantee to the Commission of JD250.000.
