Boarc of Commissioners' Decision No. 110 dated on 9/5/2022

Regarding the issuance of the government Euro bonds for an amount of US $1,500,000,000 in the International financial markets, the Board decided the following:
First: regarding the registration of the bonds at the Commission:
1. Approving the registration of the Euro bonds for an amount of US$1,500,000,000
2. The registration of bonds shall not incur the Jordan Securities Commission any fees.
Second: regarding the offering and listing the bonds outside Jordan.
1. Approving listing the bonds outside Jordan in accordance with the provisions of Article (69/C) of the Securities Law No.(18) for the year 2017 and the bonds shall not be listed on the Amman Stock Exchange.
2. Approving offering the bonds outside Jordan in accordance with the provisions of Article (20) of the Instructions of the Issuance and Registration of the Securities.
