Board of Commissioners’ decision No.134 dated on 2/6/2022
1. Approving the registration of the following issues, and requesting the Securities Depository Center to register the issue:
The 19th issue of the Jordanian 5-year Treasury Bonds for the year 2022, with maturity on 16/5/2027, for an amount of JD100,000,000 .
The 8th issue of the Jordanian 6-month Treasury bills for the year 2022, with maturity on 16/11/2022, for an amount of JD200, 000,000 .
Approving the registration of the following issues, and requesting the Securities Depository Center to register the issue:
The 18th issue of the Jordanian 3-year Treasury bonds for the year 2022, with maturity on 10/5/2025, for an amount of JD100,000,000 .
The 6th issue of the Jordanian 6- month Treasury bills for the year 2022, with maturity on 21/10/2022, for an amount of JD50,000,000 .
The 7th issue of the Jordanian 1-year Treasury bills for the year 2022, with maturity on 10/5/2023, for an amount of JD50,000,000 .
2. Granting Mr. Ahmad Hasan Abdullah Al-Momni, Mr. Muhammad Abd-alsatar Muhammad Jaradat and Ms. Sarah Ali Ibraheem a license to practice the financial brokerage in the local financial market, upon paying the prescribed fees.
