1. Approving the registration of the 2nd issue of the Jordanian 1-year Treasury Bills in US Dollar for the year 2022, with maturity on 1/6/2023, for an amount of US$300,000,000 at Jordan Securities Commission, provided that these bills shall not be listed on Amman Stock Exchange (ASE), and requesting the Securities Depository Center to register the Treasury bill issue.
Approving the registration of the 9th issue of the Jordanian 1-year Treasury bills for the year 2022, with maturity on 22/5/2023, for an amount of JD 75,000,000 at Jordan Securities Commission, according to the issuance conditions attached to the Central Bank Letter’s referred to above, and requesting the Securities Depository Center to register the Treasury bill issue.
Approving the registration of the 20th issue of the Jordanian 5-year Treasury bills for the year 2022, with maturity on 12/6/2027, for an amount of JD 75,000,000 at Jordan Securities Commission, and requesting the Securities Depository Center to register the Treasury bill issue.
2. Granting Mr. Adnan Abdullah Fayez Madi a license to practice the activities of financial brokerage in local financial market, upon paying the prescribed fees.
