Board of Commissioners’ Decision No. 236 dated August 14,2022

- Approving the registration of  the  2nd issue of the Jordanian 6-month Treasury bills for the year 2022, with  a maturity on 21/1/2023, for an amount of JD50 at Jordan Securities Commission, requesting  the Securities  Depository Center to register the Treasury bill issue.
- Granting the New Amana for financial services a license to practice the activities of financial advisory in the local financial market, provided payment of the prescribed fees of JD250, and submitting a bank guarantee to the order of the Commission at the amount of JD10,000.
-Granting Mr. Nayef Jaafar Ababneh a license to practice the activities  of Investment Manager,  Investment  Trustee and Financial advisor, upon paying the prescribed fees.
- Approving the registration of the capital increase in shares of Gulf Insurance Group of 561,748 shares through capitalization for an amount of JD 521,527 of earning dividends and an amount of JD40,221 of a retained earnings of JD40,221 and distributing them as stock dividends to shareholders, each in proportion to his contribution in the capital, as at the end of the 15th day of the Commission’s approval, provided payment of the prescribed fees.
- Granting Mr. Micheal Khader Al-Raheb a license to practice activities the financial brokerage in foreign markets, upon paying the prescribed fees.
- Granting Mrs. Madiha Mohammad Bani Saeed a license to practice the activities of compliance officer, upon paying the prescribed fees.
